What will be the purpose of the processing of your personal information and what is the legal basis for this processing?

At RIGHT CARE FOUNDATION we will process the personal information provided by you, as well as all the information collected through rightcarefoundation.net and the data collected from your relationship with us with the following purposes:

Contact: your data will be processed to answer any questions submitted to our e-mail addresses legal@rightcarefoundation.net and hello@rightcarefoundation.net, or by phone, so we can process them to the best of our ability. The legal basis for this processing is the explicit consent given when submitting your request to any of the communication channels available. You have the right to withdraw consent at any moment, without it affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent you gave before withdrawing it.

Website usage statistics: when accessing the RIGHT CARE FOUNDATION website, our servers will automatically collect your browsing data in order to perform a statistical analysis of the information with the sole purpose of improving the appeal, contents, and features of our web pages.

How long will we keep your data?
